The ACES Approach
An ACES Educational Consultant will schedule a free consultation with you in the convenience of your own home. The consultant will discuss your child’s educational history, learning style, strengths and weaknesses, and goals for tutoring. In addition, ACES will provide you with a detailed explanation of the diagnostic assessments available to you.
The Educational Consultant will then thoughtfully match your child with a tutor based on subjects, goals for tutoring and personality. Tutors review all available assessments and work with the student to identify the unique learning style, strengths and weaknesses. From this the tutor will develop a customized and personalized learning plan that uses techniques and strategies to make learning both fun and efficient.
Parents are guaranteed that their tutor will thoroughly meet their expectations. If you are not thoroughly satisfied with your child’s tutor or the progress that you see, ACES will immediately substitute a tutor that better meets your needs. There are no long-term contracts or up-front costs.

Educational Consultant
Patti Lazenby is the Educational Consultant in Palm Beach County. She is a school teacher with a Masters of Education and over 12 years of teaching experience. She has taught in a wide variety of settings including learning centers, public schools, private schools, and inner-city schools in three different states. Subject areas in her career have included English, Spanish, computers, ESOL, and even PE. She enjoys Spanish the most and uses her skills to reach out to the Hispanic community. She is currently tutoring elementary students and teaching Adult Conversational Spanish Courses.
Assistant Manager
Rashida Frank is the Educational Consultant for Martin County, an Assitant Manager and a Lead Tutor for Palm Beach County. She is an elementary school teacher with four years experience and brings a personable approach to tutoring. She currently tutors students in 3rd grade through high school.
Assistant Manager
Mary H. Rainey is the Assistant Manager in the west area of Palm Beach County. Although she has retired from a full-career as a teacher and counselor with the School District of Palm Beach County, she continues to spend her time working with the parents and children in Belle Glade, Pahokee and South Bay. She currently tutors students in 3rd grade-high school.
